Saturday (yes, I know I'm a few days behind) I was VERY grateful for a husband who is a great dad and created a PINEWOOD derby car for each of the girls for their Girl Scout PINKWOOD DERBY. Matt sawed, sanded, glued, hammered and cussed his way to creating our first Strong family derby cars. Peyton & Birkley painted their cars all by themselves-theme chosen all by themselves. Matt being the AWESOME dad that he is took his girls to their first derby race! Unfortunately, they both lost each of their heats, but still came home winners!
