We've been having new carpet installed the past couple of days (thank you carpet fairies), which is SO wonderful, but it means our house is completely dissheveled (sp?). Sunday night we all slept in the living room..just lined up the mattresses and had a big ol' sleepover. It was actually quite cozy and fun!
Moving would be such a pain. We, I should say Matt, moved all of our furniture and closet things into the garage, the kitchen, the entryway and into 2 of our bathrooms. I could take a shower, but had nothing to do my hair with. The girls couldn't find their underwear and socks (I think they're in by the toilet in my bathroom). My shoes were in the bathtub in the kids' bathroom. It's been exciting!
The guys are here now, finishing the stairs. I think they want us to leave since the three of them are working in silence! Wilder is just staring at them with the Guitar Hero guitar around his neck. He's amazed at the tools. I think we'll go to Target and return a few items and look for a loveseat cover.
The carpet looks amazing and changes the look of my whole house! It's like I moved! I can't wait to see it all put back together!!

my chapstick literally MELTED in my pocket when we were at your house from the heat last night. love the dark brown color with the pattern. plus, you can buy a dyson worry free b/c the short carpet won't get wrecked by the deep suction;-) can't wait to see what it looks like with all of your furniture back in place. this makes me want to camp out in our front room for half a second as a fam.
