But, as I was driving in the blizzard, I was reminded that it is often snowing in May here in good 'ole UTAH. I remembered that it snowed the week before Senior Prom, my senior year, and we were all freaking out because we had all bought sleeveless dresses (back then strapless dresses were much too skanky and a sleeveless dress was really pushing it with my mother!) and most of the guys had planned some sort of outdoor activity for prom day/night. But, just like always, the weather cleared and we had a great day of great weather for prom. I went to my basement to find my old scrapbooks to see if I had any prom photos and this is what I came up with! (My scrapbook said we watched a movie outside on a big screen so it for sure didn't rain on us!) Hello to all my old friends in this picture. Hello to my great prom date, Scott Miles, haven't see you in forever! Hello to old memories! I hope to say hello to better weather tomorrow!
p.s. my girls just can't figure out why I was with a different boy in all my dance pictures and why none of them were Matt! :)

Ahhhhh! You guys look awesome. Oh, I went with Cam Bechtold and he shaved his head bald and wore "natural born killer" glasses like Woody Harrelson wears! To funny. Aren't girl's dresses so much fancier these days!
Um... does anyone else think it looks like Dave Alsop is about to grab my boob? Ha. Great memories! I think Tara has a private blog. Let's all try to bug her to get on to it!!!
I am done with the snow too. We wrote on the front steps... "Go Away Snow" with sidewalk chalk. I think we are all in need of some serious sunshine.

I wish we had snow - I would kill for snow right now it's so blazing hot here ALREADY!

Bree- Thanks for the note on my blog. What a cute family you have - and congrats on your new baby! He's adorable! That prom picture was so fun to see - ah, the memories. I'm pretty sure Jamie must've been the only girl at the prom not in black. I actually just came across my black prom dress last week - lol. So fun to keep in touch with everyone through blogging!
I think I say "Are You Kidding Me?" every night to Kevin Eubanks; or to whoever else is constantly delivery the bad weather news! I'm to the point where I'm not sure warm weather will ever come and stay.
By the way, your little Wilder is so dang cute! Glad to hear you guys are doing so well. We do need to get together soon!
Nice picture! - Scott Miles is doing well - he has 2 girls and lives in my ward - we hang out with him quite a bit! Just in case you were wondering! hehe And couldn't agree more with you regarding snow!
We were flying via SLC to Maui on Thursday and witnessed your crazy weather. The girls thought it was awesome to go to the snow and the beach in the same day (even though we never left the airport).
