So today, as I was looking for a photo for my next post, I came across these old pictures and I was reminded of this wondeful woman! Kristel Davis Liddle (check out her
blog: ) She is an old friend, who was actually friends with my brother all growing up-she was usually the only girl hanging out with my brother and his friends, so we often spent time hanging out together when she was at our house. She was so great! Once we reached college, she was still a great friend and decided she was interested in learning more about the
LDS church . Matt and I were barely married, and she asked if she could have the missionaries give her the discussions at our apartment. So, we were lucky enough to have an amazing experience with Kristel as she learned more about the gospel and chose to be baptized and even asked Matt if he would baptize her. It was an amazing day, one I will never forget. Thank you Kristel for asking us to share that special and life-changing experience with you. We were proud to know you then and still proud today. Today, she is an amazing wife and mother of 3 kids living outside of New Orleans. Check out her blog to see what a cool mom she is! These pictures were from the day of her baptism which was probably almost 10 year ago. (sorry Kristel, I can't remember the exact date!)

Oh Bree...you are too kind! Thanks for a whole post dedicated to me! Your family was always such a great example to me growing up. I am so glad you and Matt were there for me then, having the missionary discussions in your apartment. What a great time!
