Thanksgiving

I got to start Thanksgiving out right with a 5k run with my dad, Ty & Sarah.  I made the mistake of signing us up for the CHRC 5k, which is uphill for the first 2 miles.  Now, if you know me, I don't run hills.  I'm a big woos and prefer to run on flat roads and the most hilly-run I get is from my house on 300 east up to 700 east and sometimes 1000 east.  I HATE to run hills.  Needless to say, I wasn't prepared for the straight uphill of the race.  But, I survived, still ran a PR (that's personal record-i know, I sound official) and had a lot of fun spending some quality time with some family.
