Did you know that my husband sells/owns/fixes up/builds REAL ESTATE? His job, the one he goes to every day, the one he's gone to every day for the past 8 years, the one that pays our bills, the one he loves, is REAL ESTATE! Did you know that this is his chosen occupation? Well, if you didn't, don't feel bad, because apparently most people don't! It happened again today. Another person we know put their house up for sale, sold it and bought another one...all without using their friend Matt as their real estate agent. Which was then followed up with a..."we didn't know you were a real estate agent-we would have totally used you!" This seems to have happened a lot lately, so here I am, yelling it from the ceiling...my husband is a real estate agent! He can help you sell your house. He can help you buy a new house. He can help you find a lot to build a new house. If your looking to flip a house, he does that too. If you need a broker...he's one of those too. He sells houses, he flips houses, he looks for houses. He can do all things real estate. So, now if any of you read my blog...the 2 of you that do...you have no excuse when someone asks you what Matt Strong does for a living-he's a real estate agent..aka..a jack of all trades in real estate!

He even owns his own real estate brokerage with his good friend Matt Storheim-
MS2 & Associates-it's legit!

What?! Matt does real estate?!! Is that what MS2 does? j/k So funny and so sad to hear the if we'd only known. Maybe they should incorporate a picture of themselves in the MS2 logo? :)
What people don't realize is that when buying a home the real estate agents commissions are paid by the seller. My hubbie is in the same line of businsess but he's an exclusive agent so he can't sell anyone elses homes but his company's homes. I'll spread the word for you guys, I didn't know he was in business with Storhiem, their logo is creative. This is a great way to make a living and support a family, I hope he isn't feeling any of the economic downturn, my husband hasn't but we've been very fortunate.
