Father's Day

We had a fun, but very random Father's Day. Our morning started out with cards and gifts for Matt. The girls, of course, were super excited to give Matt the cards they had picked out and made (in Peyton's case). No fancy breakfast because we had later brunch plans. My roommate, Alicia, just happened to be in town this weekend for a wedding and it was our lucky day to spend some time with her, her hubby and cute boy, Jackson. They invited us for a special Father's Day brunch Alta Club with them. Not only was this a special Father's Day treat, but it was a super treat for me to be able to spend about an hour and a half talking to Alicia whom I hadn't seen in about 2 years! After a quick, DELICIOUS, brunch (Alicia & Mike had to catch their flight), we walked over to temple square and enjoyed the quiet, beautiful day at Temple Square. Our Father's Day ended with dinner at my parent's with my dad, my siblings, my aunt & uncle and the grandparents. It was a beautiful day and we had a great time celebrating the fantastic father's in our lives. I am truly blessed to have an amazing husband who is an amazing dad and an amazing dad who has blessed my life tremendously. Happy Father's Day to them!
